Recipe of makis with cured sausage Picaloste

Ingredients
  • Picaloste (40 g chewy sausage sticks)
  • Crustless sandwich bread
  • Spreadable butter
  • Crushed walnut
  • Rolling pin

Peel the Picaloste

 

Roll out each piece of sandwich bread with the rolling pin to flatten it as much as possible and butter the bread up to the edges.

 

Place a Picaloste on the buttered side of the sandwich bread and roll it up tightly. 

 

Cut each rolll you've made into slices.

 

Butter one side of the maki and use the butter to help stick on some of the crushed walnuts.

 

Tip :

Serve as an original snack with drinks.
