Recipe of cured ham, fig and parmesan rolls

Ingredients
  • 3 thin slices of Maison Loste Bayonne cured ham
  • 50g  fig chutney
  • 50g dried figs / fresh if in season
  • 20g parmesan shavings
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 chopped basil leaves
  • Freshly ground pepper
Recipe details

Lay each slice of cured ham on a plate. 

 

Mix the chutney and the balsamic vinegar together, then spread the mixture on the slices of cured ham.

 

Add thin slices of fresh fig (or diced dried fig), parmesan shavings, basil and season with pepper.

 

Roll up the cured ham slice, pinching it tightly.
